Protocol starts
16 Apr 2026Begin semaglutide at 0.25mg weekly. Start core supplements. Complete baseline blood work with your clinic.
Week 0 · StartFirst week complete
23 Apr 2026Appetite suppression begins. Some nausea is normal — eat slowly and stay hydrated. Protein intake is critical this week.
Week 1 · MilestoneFirst titration
14 May 2026Increase semaglutide to 0.5mg weekly (if tolerated). Begin to notice consistent appetite reduction.
Week 4 · Dose changeEarly results
28 May 2026Average 2–4kg lost by this point. Supplement stack should be fully established. Energy levels typically improve.
Week 6 · Expected resultSecond titration
11 June 2026Increase to 1mg weekly. This is the dose where most users notice significant appetite and weight changes.
Week 8 · Dose changeThird titration
9 July 2026Increase to 1.7mg weekly. Schedule 12-week check-in with your clinic. Assess blood markers.
Week 12 · Dose changeMaintenance dose
6 Aug 2026Increase to 2.4mg weekly (full therapeutic dose). Average 6–8% body weight lost by this point.
Week 16 · Dose changeBlood work retest
1 Oct 2026Retest HbA1c, fasting glucose, lipid panel, and liver enzymes. Reassess with your prescribing practitioner.
Week 24 · Blood work9-month milestone
24 Dec 2026Average 12–15% body weight loss for consistent users. Discuss ongoing maintenance strategy with your clinic.
Week 36 · Expected resultTimelines are general estimates. Your prescribing practitioner will personalise your schedule.
Why timeline planning matters for peptide protocols
Peptide protocols aren't "take it and see what happens." They follow structured titration schedules, have predictable milestones, and require regular monitoring via blood work. Planning ahead means you book your clinic appointments at the right time, adjust doses on schedule, and set realistic expectations for when you'll see results.
GLP-1 titration schedule
Semaglutide follows a strict dose escalation: 0.25mg → 0.5mg → 1mg → 1.7mg → 2.4mg, each step lasting 4 weeks minimum. Titrating too fast increases nausea and GI side effects. This timeline shows you exactly when each step happens so you're never guessing.
When to schedule blood work
Blood work timing matters. Testing too early doesn't show the protocol's true effect. Testing too late means you've been running blind. This timeline marks the optimal windows — usually 8 and 24 weeks for GLP-1, and 4 and 16 weeks for GH protocols.
