Protocol stack
The Blueprint Longevity Protocol
Bryan Johnson spends $2 million per year on his Blueprint protocol and has reversed his biological age by 5.1 years as measured by epigenetic clocks. This ProtocolHub implementation covers the legally available Australian version: NMN for NAD+ restoration, GHK-Cu for systemic tissue remodelling (the same copper peptide class in Johnson's own Blueprint hair serum), Epithalon for telomerase activation, and foundational longevity supplements. Note: Johnson also takes Metformin and Acarbose — both prescription-only in Australia. The clinic referral below provides access to those under medical supervision.

What's in this stack
NMN
500–1,000 mg · Once daily
Timing: Morning, with or before breakfast
Johnson takes NMN (500 mg) or NR (450 mg) as his NAD+ precursor. Consider pairing with 250–500 mg Resveratrol — Johnson and Harvard's David Sinclair use them together.
Ca-AKG (Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate)
1,000 mg · Once daily
Timing: Morning
A key ingredient in Johnson's Blueprint Longevity Mix. Animal studies showed significant lifespan extension. Available via Australian compounding pharmacies.
Collagen Peptides + Vitamin C
20–25 g collagen + 500 mg Vitamin C · Once daily
Timing: Morning, mixed into coffee or a smoothie
Johnson consumes 20–30 g of collagen peptides daily. Vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen synthesis — always pair them.
GHK-Cu
Prescription required1–2 mg · Once daily
Timing: Morning, subcutaneous injection
Johnson uses GHK-Cu topically in his Blueprint peptide serum. Injectable GHK-Cu achieves systemic tissue remodelling beyond what topical application can reach.
Epithalon
Prescription required5–10 mg/day · Daily for a 10–20 day course, 1–2 times per year
Timing: Evening, subcutaneous injection
Cycled 1–2 times per year — not taken daily year-round. Discuss timing with your prescribing clinician.

Protocol starts
16 Apr 2026Begin Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 nightly (5 on, 2 off cycle). Start NMN and D3/K2 supplements. Baseline blood work essential.
Week 0 · StartSleep improvement
30 Apr 2026Most users report improved sleep depth and quality within 2 weeks. This is the GH pulse optimisation working.
Week 2 · MilestoneEnergy and recovery
14 May 2026Exercise recovery improves noticeably. Some users report improved body composition — fat loss and lean mass gain can occur simultaneously.
Week 4 · Expected resultSkin and hair changes
28 May 2026GH-driven collagen synthesis produces visible skin quality improvements. Hair growth may thicken.
Week 6 · Expected resultBlood work retest
11 June 2026Retest IGF-1, fasting glucose, and HbA1c. This confirms GH axis response and ensures glucose remains in range.
Week 8 · Blood workCycle assessment
9 July 2026Review the 12-week cycle with your practitioner. Discuss cycling strategy (on/off), dose adjustment, and long-term planning.
Week 12 · MilestoneTimelines are general estimates. Your prescribing practitioner will personalise your schedule.
Supplements for this protocol
Core supplements that directly support your The Blueprint Longevity Protocol.
Magnesium Glycinate
The most bioavailable form of magnesium — essential for sleep quality, muscle recovery, and hormone production.
Omega-3 (EPA/DHA)
Anti-inflammatory foundation — reduces exercise-induced inflammation, supports cardiovascular health, and enhances GH receptor sensitivity.
Vitamin D3 + K2
The foundational hormone stack — critical for testosterone production, immune function, bone density, and GH receptor sensitivity.
Collagen Peptides
Targeted connective tissue support — amplifies BPC-157 and TB-500's tendon and ligament repair effects.
