For those new to GH optimisation who want to improve body composition, sleep quality, and general hormonal balance. Start with Sermorelin if you are completely new to peptide therapy — then upgrade to Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 once baseline blood work confirms response.
What's in this stack
Sermorelin
200–300 mcg · Once nightly
Timing: Before bed, fasted
Beginner starting point. Get baseline IGF-1 blood test before starting and retest at 6 weeks.
Ipamorelin + CJC-1295
100–200 mcg of each · Once nightly
Timing: 30 minutes before bed, fasted
Add after 4–6 weeks on Sermorelin if blood work supports it. Phase Sermorelin out over 2–4 weeks.
