How it works

EPA and DHA are incorporated into cell membranes throughout the body, modulating inflammatory eicosanoid production. High-dose EPA specifically reduces IL-6 and TNF-alpha, the primary inflammatory markers elevated by intense training and peptide-induced tissue remodelling.

What to look for

Look for the EPA+DHA content specifically — not total fish oil. You want at least 1g combined EPA+DHA per serve. Triglyceride form is better absorbed than ethyl ester. IFOS or TOTOX tested for oxidation levels. Store in fridge once opened.
