What's in this stack
Ipamorelin + CJC-1295
200 mcg of each peptide · Once nightly
Timing: 30 minutes before bed, fasted (3 hours after last meal)
Take 5 nights on, 2 nights off to preserve pituitary sensitivity. Fasted timing is critical — insulin blunts GH release.
GHK-Cu
1–2 mg · Twice weekly
Timing: Morning preferred
Subcutaneous injection. Can also be used topically on non-injection days for skin and hair benefits.
Thymosin Alpha-1
1.6 mg · Twice weekly
Timing: Any time
Standard immune dosing. Some longevity protocols use 3.2 mg once weekly — discuss with your prescriber.
