Protocol stack
Recovery & Repair Stack
The BPC-157 + TB-500 combination is the most widely used peptide stack in the Australian recovery and sports medicine community. BPC-157 provides localised healing at the site of injury; TB-500 provides systemic repair support and reduces inflammation throughout the body. Requires prescription through an AHPRA-registered practitioner.
What's in this stack
BPC-157
250–500 mcg · Once daily
Timing: Morning, fasted
Inject subcutaneously as close to the site of injury as practical. For gut conditions, oral capsule form is preferred. Do not exceed 500 mcg/day.
TB-500
2–2.5 mg · Twice weekly (e.g. Monday and Thursday)
Timing: Any time — not time-sensitive
Some practitioners prefer a loading phase of 2x/week for the first 4 weeks, then dropping to once weekly for maintenance.
