How it works

KSM-66 is a full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract standardised to withanolide content. Reduces cortisol by modulating the HPA axis stress response. Multiple RCTs confirm increases in testosterone (8–15%) and reductions in cortisol (14–32%). Also shown to increase VO2 max and muscle recovery in trained individuals.

What to look for

Specifically KSM-66 or Sensoril branded extract — not generic ashwagandha root powder. Standardised to at least 5% withanolides. Avoid products that don't specify the extract type.
